Token paketleri ve tekli token alımları, satın alımla hesabınıza anında tanımlanan dijital kullanım kredileridir (gayrimaddi mal). Satın alma adımında, ifaya derhâl başlanmasını onaylayan kutuyu işaretlersiniz; bu onayla birlikte, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ uyarınca cayma hakkı ortadan kalkar. Token paketlerinde ve tekli token alımlarında iade yapılmaz.

• Abonelik planına belirli bir depolama kotası dahildir. Bu kotanın üzerine, yalnız aşım ücretlendirmesini ayrıca onaylamanız hâlinde ve plandaki depolama üst sınırına kadar yükleme yapılabilir; güncel dahil kota, GB başına birim fiyat ve üst sınır, aşım onayı ekranında ve depolama ayarlarında gösterilir (bu TL birim fiyatı KDV hariçtir; tahsilatta KDV (%20) eklenir).
• Aşım ücreti, abonelik dönemi içinde ulaşılan en yüksek kullanımın dahil kotayı aşan kısmı üzerinden hesaplanır ve dönem sonunda abonelik bedelinden ayrı olarak tahsil edilir. Dönem içinde verilerin sonradan silinmesi o dönemin aşım ücretini düşürmez.
• Depolama aşım ücretinde iade yapılmaz; ücret, ilgili dönemde fiilen kullanılmış depolama hizmetinin bedelidir.

• Daha önce satışta olan aylık ve yıllık depolama paketleri Ağustos 2026 itibarıyla satıştan kaldırılmıştır; yeni depolama paketi satın alınamaz.
• Plana dahil kotanın üzerindeki depolama kullanımı, 3. maddedeki depolama aşım ücretiyle karşılanır.

• Abonelik bedelinde iade yapılmaz. Ücretsiz katman, satın almadan önce ürünün tamamını değerlendirmenize olanak verir.
• Ödeme sağlayıcısı (yurt dışı ödemelerde yasal satıcı Paddle) kendi alıcı korumasıyla bir iade gerçekleştirir ya da bankanız bir ödeme itirazını (chargeback) sonuçlandırırsa, abonelikle tanımlanan plan tokenları ve yıllık abonelikte verilen bonus tokenlar geri alınır; tokenların bir kısmı kullanılmışsa geri alma mevcut bakiyeyle sınırlıdır (bakiye eksiye düşürülmez).
• Aboneliği dilediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda etkinleşir; dönem sonuna kadar tüm haklarınız devam eder.
• Otomatik yenilemeyi açtıysanız, hesap ayarlarınızdan dilediğiniz an bedelsiz olarak kapatabilir ve kayıtlı kartınızı silebilirsiniz. Kapatma, henüz gerçekleşmemiş tahsilatlar için geçerlidir; ödenmiş dönem için iade doğurmaz.
• Her yenileme öncesinde tarih, tutar ve kart bilgisini içeren bir bilgilendirme e-postası gönderilir. Abonelik bedeli artarsa otomatik tahsilat yapılmaz; yeni bedeli onaylamanız istenir.

Bu politika, bu sürümüyle 27 Eylül 2026 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiştir; bu sürüm satıştaki kalemleri günceller (satıştan kaldırılan depolama paketleri yerine depolama aşım ücreti ve tekli token alımı) ve ödeme sağlayıcısı iadesi ya da ödeme itirazı hâlinde yıllık abonelikte verilen bonus tokenların da geri alındığını açıkça belirtir. Hiçbir üründe iade yapılmaması kuralı 28 Temmuz 2026 tarihinden beri geçerlidir. Bu tarihten önce yapılan satın alımlara, satın alma anında yayında olan önceki sürümün (10 Temmuz 2026) koşulları uygulanır; o sürümde abonelikte 3 gün, yıllık depolama paketinde 30 gün iade penceresi tanınmıştı. Söz konusu haklar, ilgili satın alımlar bakımından saklıdır.

• İptal talepleri uygulama içi hesap/fatura ekranından veya e-posta ile iletilebilir.
• İptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonunda etkinleşir; dönem sonuna kadar hizmet ve haklarınız aynen devam eder, dönem sonunda yenileme yapılmaz.
• Yukarıdaki tabloda belirtildiği üzere bu ürünlerde tarafımızca iade yapılmaz. Yurt dışı ödemelerde yasal satıcı Paddle’dır ve kendi alıcı koruma politikası kapsamında bağımsız olarak iade gerçekleştirebilir; bu, işbu politikadan bağımsızdır.

Windows are measured from the moment of purchase (period start). Consumers' mandatory statutory rights are reserved; for the scope and exemption of the right of withdrawal see Distance Sales.

Token packages and single-token purchases are digital usage credits (intangible goods) credited to your account instantly upon purchase. At checkout you tick a box consenting to immediate performance; with that consent the right of withdrawal lapses under art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Token packages and single-token purchases are not refunded.

• A storage quota is included in the subscription plan. You may upload beyond that quota only if you have separately consented to overage billing, and only up to the storage ceiling of the plan; the current included quota, the per-GB rate and the ceiling are shown on the overage consent screen and in the storage settings (that TRY rate excludes VAT; VAT (20%) is added when it is charged).
• The overage fee is calculated on the amount by which the highest usage reached during the subscription period exceeds the included quota, and is charged at the end of the period separately from the subscription fee. Deleting data later in the period does not reduce that period’s overage fee.
• Storage overage fees are non-refundable; the fee is the price of storage service actually used during the period.

• The monthly and yearly storage packages previously on sale were withdrawn from sale as of August 2026; new storage packages can no longer be purchased.
• Storage usage above the quota included in the plan is covered by the storage overage fee in Section 3.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable. The free tier lets you evaluate the entire product before you buy.
• If the payment provider (Paddle, the merchant of record for international payments) issues a refund under its own buyer protection, or your bank resolves a chargeback, the plan tokens and, on a yearly subscription, the bonus tokens granted with the subscription are clawed back; if some tokens have been consumed, the clawback is limited to the remaining balance (the balance is never taken negative).
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; all your rights continue until then.
• If you enabled automatic renewal, you may switch it off and delete the stored card at any time, free of charge, from your account settings. Switching it off applies to charges not yet made; it does not create a refund for the period already paid.
• Before every renewal we email you the date, the amount and the card concerned. If the subscription price increases, no automatic charge is made; you are asked to approve the new price first.

This policy takes effect in this version on September 27, 2026; this version updates the items on sale (the storage overage fee and single-token purchases in place of the storage packages withdrawn from sale) and states expressly that, on a payment-provider refund or a chargeback, the bonus tokens granted with a yearly subscription are also clawed back. The rule that no product is refunded has applied since July 28, 2026. Purchases made before that date remain governed by the version published at the time of purchase (July 10, 2026), which granted a 3-day refund window for subscriptions and a 30-day window for yearly storage packages. Those rights are preserved for the purchases concerned.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted from the in-app account/billing screen or by e-mail.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your service and rights continue unchanged until then, and no renewal is charged.
• As set out in the table above, we do not issue refunds for these products. For international payments Paddle is the merchant of record and may independently issue a refund under its own buyer protection policy; that is outside the scope of this policy.
